The Hermit Garlfangormon lived for one hundred and seventy years in the cave at the base of the Iridium Hill. For three generations the People of Highe Town flocked to the Hermit for wisdom and guidance and potions and nicely folded things.
The Hermit attributed his longevity to his daily routine of Ergot Jam on toast and a brisk naked swim in the pool near his Cave.
